Star Wars fans don’t have to think too hard to remember a very similar situation. However, on the flip side of that, it poses the issue of whether there can be too much of a good thing. So, it’s possible – and even likely – that there will be a massive battle that features Mandalorians. RELATED: The Mandalorian Star Addresses a Major Season 1 Character's Fate Of course, that’s assuming that Djarin and Bo-Katan can find a way to unite all the various clans and Gideon doesn’t start civil war between the Mandalorians. A whole assortment of Mandalorians coming out of the woodwork to fight whatever forces Gideon has stashed away just might be necessary to accomplish her goal. So, Bo-Katan’s mission is to retake her planet and organize the resurgence of Mandalore. After the Empire’s Purge of Mandalore, most of the inhabitants of the planet fled in a diasporic fashion. Then, there are galactic events to consider. However, it clearly involves trying to start a war, perhaps even on a galactic scale, and there has never been a better way to start a fight than by involving Mandalorians. Gideon’s exact endgame is still puzzling. On top of that, in the finale, he uses the Darksaber to try and start some kind of feud between Djarin and Bo-Katan. RELATED: Disney+ Percy Jackson Series May Utilize The Mandalorian’s Filming Technologyįirst, let’s look at the likelihood of the leak being true. In theory, that seems like a cool idea, but, if the spoiler is correct, The Mandalorian will risk the pitfall that still dooms much of Star Wars’ prequel trilogy. In fact, a new leak indicates that a massive battle will feature countless Mandalorians. Hopefully, fans will get to see some of Grogu and Luke training during Season 3, but it appears as if Djarin – and fans by proxy – are going to learn a lot more about Mandalore, its traditional society and its warrior culture in the coming third season. Thus, Din Djarin and his galaxy-spanning quests involving Baby Yoda seem to have come to an end, at least for now. In the Season 2 finale, Luke Skywalker takes Grogu away to train him as a Jedi. However, the series looks to be changing course for foreseeable future.
